Today, October 2, we celebrate the incredible members of our Cambridge-Isanti Schools Buildings & Grounds Team!
From our custodians who keep our schools clean, welcoming, and ready for students each day, to our maintenance staff who keep our buildings and systems running safely and smoothly - their work is happening everywhere, every day, often behind the scenes.
Whether they’re preparing classrooms, tackling repairs, responding to the unexpected, or helping make school events possible, this team plays an important role in creating spaces where our students and staff can learn, work, and thrive.
To our entire Buildings & Grounds Team - THANK YOU for your hard work, dedication, and Bluejacket pride! We appreciate all you do for our schools. 💙❤️

Representatives from 69 different colleges set up booths to share information, answer questions, and help our Bluejackets explore options for after high school. The room was filled with great conversations, shared smiles, and new possibilities as students explored pathways for their future goals.
A big thank you to the CIHS College and Career Center for organizing this opportunity for students, and to the volunteers who helped guide hallway traffic, direct students, and keep the event running smoothly!
We are proud of our students for taking this important step toward their future plans! 💙

Congratulations to our 2026 Cambridge-Isanti High School Homecoming King Razz Estrem and Queen Anya Lowman! 👑
We are so proud of Razz, Anya, and our entire 2026 Homecoming Royal Court for representing our school with leadership, kindness, and Bluejacket spirit.
Thank you to our students, staff, and families for continuing to make Cambridge-Isanti Homecoming week such a fun celebration of our community! 💙👑

At Cambridge-Isanti Early Learning, partnering with families is at the heart of what we do. Learning begins long before the first day of school, and we offer programs to support your child's growth from birth:
💙 Birth-to-3 Services: In-home visits to share learning ideas and connect you with local resources.
💙 Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE): Classes where parents and young children learn, play, and grow side by side.
💙 East Central Baby Café: Free, drop-in nursing support and connection for new parents.
These early connections help our youngest Bluejackets build a strong foundation for learning, growth, and future school experiences!

Cambridge-Isanti Early Learning Program Assistants and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Instructional Assistants are an important part of that team. They help students through daily routines, encourage learning, and keep the day moving smoothly.
Their presence helps learners feel safe, calm, and confident. It also gives students the support they need to take part, learn alongside their classmates, and feel a sense of belonging.
We are thankful for each of our Program Assistants and Instructional Assistants who make a difference for some of our youngest Bluejackets every day. 💙❤️

🌅 Class of 2027 CIHS Seniors gathered early this morning to watch the sunrise together and kick off their final year of high school!
This special tradition gave our seniors a chance to connect, share motivation, and build togetherness as they prepare for graduation and their chosen paths ahead. Students enjoyed fun activities, reconnected with friends, and heard an inspiring message from CIHS teacher Mr. Clint Lundeen.
A special thank you to the CIHS Student Council and student council advisor Mr. Jim Woodbury for their leadership and hard work organizing this memorable event!
We are so proud of our senior class and excited to support them throughout the school year ahead. 🎓✨

While our classrooms and hallways may have been a little quieter, our Buildings & Grounds team has been BUSY! From deep cleaning and basic repairs to moving furniture, maintaining our grounds and tackling countless projects - they’ve been working hard to make sure our schools are clean, safe and ready to welcome our Bluejackets back. 🧹🔧
There’s a lot that goes into preparing our buildings for a new school year, and much of it happens before most of us ever walk through the doors.
To our amazing crew - THANK YOU for the hard work, long days, and attention to detail that goes into getting our schools ready for Back to School! 👏
Because of you, we’re ready!
✨ Clean it. Fix it. Move it. MAKE IT HAPPEN! 💙❤️
