Students new to the district or who are coming from a non-public or home school setting should register at the school assigned to their home address. If you are unsure which school your child should attend, please call the transportation department at (763) 552-6287. To save time, we recommend that you complete the appropriate forms below and bring them to the school site along with any supporting documentation. You may also pick up these forms from any of our schools.

- Special Education Only: Copy of your Individualized Education Plan (IEP/IFSP)
NONRESIDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
The Nonresident Student Enrollment Agreement is for those students who DO NOT live within the Cambridge-Isanti Schools borders. This form must be submitted along with the enrollment forms above.
