• POLICY 903.1 - SALES CALLS AND DEMONSTRATIONS

    PURPOSE

    To provide a non-intrusive plan for ensuring staff access to educational and supportive materials that will benefit students and/or school programs.

    GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

    1. School principals or supervising administrators may give permission to sales representatives of educational products to see members of the school staff at times that will not interfere with the educational or support service program.
    2. Solicitation of staff by sales representatives of non-educational or school program products will not be permitted during working hours.
