Our Mission: To understand and be mindful of the educational environment in which we perform. We protect and promote dignity and professionalism in our employees. We demonstrate a true service philosophy and pursue innovative approaches to human resource management. We ensure a working environment that emphasizes open communication, respect for the individual, and a healthy balance between work, personal, and family life; and a work environment that ensures that employees derive a sense of accomplishment, contribution, and pride from their association with Cambridge-Isanti Schools.
As a part of this mission, there are 3 parameters that all Cambridge-Isanti Schools staff adhere to:
- We will never accept ineffective job performance anywhere in the district.
- We will only hire the best.
- We will always exemplify the 5 Character Traits: Compassion, Respect, Responsibility, Self-Discipline, and Honesty.
As a reminder, all staff are required to complete the modules for Mandatory Trainings for 2022-23, which include: Bloodborne Pathogens, Employee Right to Know, Policies and Practices Annual Review + Employee Handbook, and Seizure Training. This year, all of these training modules are within one Google Form called 2022-23 Cambridge-Isanti MANDATORY Trainings. Please click on this link and complete as soon as possible. These trainings can be done all at once, or you can exit out and come back again later. Your progress will be saved but it will start over at the beginning, so you will need to page through until you are back on uncompleted questions.
The deadline to complete the trainings is October 23rd.
(Please note, if you are in the custodial, food service, or bus driver group and recently attended or will attend the in-person training, you do not need to complete the trainings, as you have met the requirement.)
