We have several facilities that can be rented, such as:

• The school gyms (6 gyms in Cambridge, 4 gyms in Isanti)
• Various classrooms
• Baseball/softball/football fields 
• The pool at Cambridge-Isanti High School
• Auditorium (Isanti Middle School and Cambridge Middle School) 
• The Richard G. Hardy Performing Arts Center at Cambridge-Isanti High School
• And so much more

Step 1: Log into your Eleyo account or create an account in our system (if you already have an account due to Adventure Center or Community Education Classes, you can log in with this same account). 

Step 2: Go to Explore All Programs>Facilities>Request a Facility 

Step 3: Pick the day, time, and building where you would like to have your event

Step 4: Please add any setup instructions or equipment needs in the request. If you do not put in your equipment or setup needs in your permit request, you will not receive it the day of your event. (i.e. tables, chairs, band shell, PAC Technician, etc.) 

Step 5: Submit the request. The Facility Use Administrator will review your request and either approve or deny it depending on space and availability. We want everyone to be able to utilize our facilities. If the request is denied, we will work with you to find a different time or venue. 

Step 6: Send liability insurance documentation at least three (3) business before your event. The insurance must provide coverage of at least $1,000,000 per Occurrence for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Cambridge-Isanti Schools needs to be listed as an Additional Insured for General Liability under the certificate of insurance. The address you can use for the schools is 625 Main St. N, Cambridge, MN 55008. 

General Rules

• Users of the facilities must confine their activities to the space reserved. The proposed activity must be appropriate for the space reserved.
• Users must provide appropriate adult supervision at all times. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Users must not engage in any activities that are illegal, dangerous, or which materially and substantially interfere with the orderly conduct of educational activities of the school. Such activities shall be grounds for disciplinary action of individual students or employees of Cambridge-Isanti Schools and grounds for a particular group to be denied access. Groups should further be advised that all illegal activities will require the intervention of the authorities.
• Users must supply any special supervision required, such as police protection and parking supervision. The determination as to when such supervision is necessary shall be made by Cambridge-Isanti Schools, at its discretion.

District Rules

• The use or possession of alcoholic beverages, illegal chemicals, and/or tobacco products is prohibited on Cambridge-Isanti Schools grounds. 
• No firearms or weapons are permitted on Cambridge-Isanti Schools property.
• Latex balloons are not allowed in any of the Cambridge-Isanti Schools facilities.
