Update Your Contact Information in Skyward Family Access

Follow the steps below to update your information in Skyward Family Access, including address, phone, emergency contacts, etc.

1. Login to Family Access

• This process must be completed on a computer, tablet or your phone's web browser. Changes to student/family information cannot be made on the app.

2. Once you are logged in, you will see a menu on the left. Click on Student Info and then on Request Changes for [your student's name]. You'll get a drop down menu with a list of options to update (see image).

 

3. Depending on the chosen option, you will get a new window where you can update information. To update phone and email information, choose Family Information (see below). If you'd like to receive text messages, please make sure there is a cell phone number in the 3rd phone slot.
