Office of Administrative Hearing Dismissal

The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings has issued its final determination in the matter of a complaint filed against Cambridge-Isanti Schools related to the November referendum.

Cambridge-Isanti Schools acknowledges the recent court decision fully dismissing the complaint alleging violations of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 211A and 211B in connection with the District’s November 4, 2025 referendum. The court determined that there was no probable cause, and the case has therefore been dismissed in its entirety.

Cambridge-Isanti Schools has conducted all election-related communications and processes with integrity and transparency. The District and its employees cooperated fully with every aspect of the legal review, confident that the facts would affirm the honesty and accuracy of our practices.

The District appreciates the court’s thorough review and decision to dismiss the complaint. We remain confident in the professionalism of our staff and the procedures that guided our election communications and community engagement.
