Immunization Requirements
According to Minnesota state laws and the MN Department of Education regulations, all children entering school for the first time are required to have on file proof of immunizations.
Parents who conscientiously object to immunizations, or whose children have a medical reason for not receiving an immunization, may file a legal exemption to these requirements.
An Immunization form and current list of the immunizations your child needs to start school and to start seventh grade can be found on the school district website www.c-ischools.org in the Health Services section or obtained from the Health Office.
