Adventure Center Attendance/Absences
On your child(ren)’s scheduled days, we are responsible to ensure their transition to/from school. It is for this reason we take attendance very seriously. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the staff if their child will be absent or late on a scheduled day for any reason. Please leave a voicemail or an email for the staff at the appropriate site.
Absences
- Report all absences and immediate concerns to the appropriate school site’s phone number.
- Please leave a message.
- We will return messages as soon as possible.
If a child does not report to Adventure Center after school as scheduled, the staff will go through a series of steps to locate the child including contacting the teacher, contacting the family, and possibly contacting the police. Not reporting an absence will result in a Finder’s Fee of $20.00 per occurrence and, with repeated offenses, could result in removal from the program.
