2017-2018 Goals

Reading Proficiency:

The Reading student achievement will increase from 38 students scoring at the Proficient (Meets or Exceeds) level in the Spring of 2017 to 53 students scoring at the Proficient (Meets or Exceeds) level in the Spring of 2018, as measured by MAP/NWEA grade level assessments Spring 2017 to Spring 2018.  

Math Proficiency: 

The Math student achievement will increase from 55 students scoring at the Proficient (Meets or Exceeds) level in the Spring of 2017 to 72 students scoring at the Proficient (Meets or Exceeds) level in the Spring of 2018, as measured by MAP/NWEA grade level assessments Spring 2017 to Spring 2018.  

Growth:

Staff will ensure academic growth in Reading and Math as measured by the number of students meeting or exceeding their Spring to Spring Growth as measured by MAP/NWEA grade level assessments.

Behavior:

Isanti Intermediate School, the building which houses School For All Seasons (SFAS), will reduce the number of students sent out of instruction by 15% in comparison with 2016-17.

  • 2017 total number of Student Incidents w/ Student Referred Out of Instruction: 241 incidents.
  • 2018 total number of Student Incidents w/ Student Referred Out of Instruction: 205 incidents.
Attendance:

SFAS will reduce the number of students categorized with Chronic Attendance by 20%

(ESSA formula for Chronic Attendance = student absences occur 10% of total possible days)

  • 2017 number of Students having Chronic Attendance: 13 Students.
  • 2018 number of Students having  Chronic Attendance: 9 Students.
